HEY BUDDIES! Since it is Good Friday, that means Easter is the DAY AFTER TOMORROW. p and i spent the day driving to franklin for a 'conversation' (read: sort of interview/sort of not) and then we drove up to my parents' house for the holiday weekend. It's still ridiculously cold in Nashville, but I guess with April starting on Sunday that means it should start to warm up soon ??? SO, since we are two days away from Easter Egg Hunts and Jesus rising, I figured I would make a short and sweet post with Easter Basket ideas! Whether you are making one for your mother/sister/daughter, this post includes options great for gals!!!

all about THE 'BASKET':

Idk about y'all, but I freaking love the idea of using a bag or a cute multi-purpose bag for the 'basket.' If you don't want to splurge on the Kate Spade featured, a great alternative is a beach bag (gotta get ready for summer!) or a cute basket that you can use around the house year-round.

goodies to put inside:

NAIL POLISH: Essie will forever be my favorite at-home polish. I absolutely suck at painting my own nails, but their polish makes them still look good! This color ("blue-la-la") is absolutely perfect for spring.

CANDY: Is it really an Easter basket without candy?? Heck no.  Justin's Peanut Butter Cups are on another level!!! These healthy treats taste even better than Reese's and they're so much better for your body.  Justin's treats are a little pricier, but it's 110% worth it (they also sells jars of the most delicious almond butter, you're welcome).

ICE ROLLER: I heard about ice rollers from Payton at Hustle + Halcyon and I am obsessed!!! After reading about the advantages in one of her blog posts, I was so intrigued to learn more. These suckers have so many benefits for your skin--they shrink the appearance of pores and blood vessels, causing your skin to look smoother and more even-toned over time. You can purchase an ice roller from Amazon and Walmart!

POWDER FACE MASK: RitualTea Matcha Madness Revitalizing Powder Face Mask (wow that's a mouthful) is perfect for all skin types. This powder mask helps even out skin tone and the texture of your face! Using it is so simple, you literally just mix a couple teaspoons with a couple teaspoons of warm water!

SHEET MASK: TonyMoly has great quality sheet masks for a super low price (like 3 bucks y'all). Pro-tip: put your pack in the fridge before using!

CLOTHING: I am OBSESSED with this  J. Crew button up! It's such a practical and needed item and perfect for spring and summer. I am lazy when it comes to shopping so I love finding pieces that transition from season to season, and this shirt effortlessly flows from Easter brunch to the fourth of July!

GUCCI GLASSES: This particular pair of glasses may be more of a hint for my mom (hey sj...my eye appt is a couple months away ;) but how freaking cute are they?! Gucci has the cutest sunnies too, so if you aren't blind like me def check out those!

Below are some of the exact items i talked about, click the pics to learn more about each!

I am so beyond excited to talk a break from school and enjoy the holiday weekend with my family! Make sure to follow me on instagram to see all of the cute puppy stories I post this weekend @katbrosche and comment your Easter plans<3
